Cured Fusion Charcuterie was born when passion met heritage, the concept draws inspiration from both Mediterranean and African cuisine to bring to life a range of Afro-Mediterranean charcuterie products. In order to produce authentic Artisanal Charcuterie the best traditional practises need to be applied, this is why our Head Charcutier spent extensive time training across Europe mastering the simple yet complicated methods of curing, smoking and air drying.
