Cured Fusion Charcuterie is committed to operate the business in compliance with the terms of the Consumer Protection Act and all policies are subject to the applicable law.
7 Days Exchange and Refund Policy
We will refund or exchange most goods if you return them within 7 days of delivery, provided:
Note that the customer will be liable for delivery charges on returns unless the item is returned by the customer to our distribution centre.
There will be no exchange or refunds for individual items purchased in a bundled/combo pack. In such instance, the promotional, free, or bundled items that were part of the purchase must also be returned.
Returns and exchange requests for items purchased more than 7 days ago might incur collection, delivery and processing fees, or be declined altogether.

Unwanted Goods
Should an item be incorrect due to negligence by Cured Fusion Charcuterie, please contact Cured Fusion Charcuterie as soon as reasonably possible to arrange for the earliest convenient collection date. Once returned to the company, the product will undergo an internal assessment, following which it is found that Cured Fusion Charcuterie supplied the incorrect product the correct item will be dispatched to you.
Defective or Damaged Goods
Damaged/Defective items
If your goods turn out to be defective or damaged upon receiving them from us the customer must notify Cured Fusion Charcuterie within 2 days from receipt of goods, Cured Fusion Charcuterie will replace them or give you a refund. Please note aesthetic packaging damage does not constitute as damaged/defective goods and Cured Fusion Charcuterie reserves the right to reject the customer’s request to replace the goods. Products may be returned via courier at the customer’s own expense or alternatively, the customer can drop off the items at our distribution centre. Please note that it may not be possible to determine online/telephonically whether goods have been damaged and/or what the cause of a failure or defect might be. This is important as it determines whether the goods may be replaced or refunded. Accordingly, Cured Fusion Charcuterie reserve the right to refer returned goods for technical assessment by our team and to provide you with feedback within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods and to act accordingly.

Once Cured Fusion Charcuterie have assessed a returned item and approved a refund, you will receive your money back in the same manner in which you purchased it from Cured Fusion Charcuterie:

Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Local delivery
Local delivery is currently only available for orders within Johannesburg, Centurion & Pretoria
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our distribution centre in Kyalami.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up, please note local pickup is only available on a Saturday from 09:00hrs until 12:00hrs at our distribution centre in Kyalami. We will send you an email or sms when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Our in-store pickup hours are:
